Service communication functions #84

Steps to reproduce

Run the following functions

SecMgmtInsights.ServiceCurrentStatus(GetTenantList())

SecMgmtInsights.ServiceHistoricalStatus(GetTenantList())

Expected behavior

A table to be returned that contains data from the service communication API

Actual behavior

Expression.Error: There weren't enough elements in the enumeration to complete the operation.
Details:
    [Table]
