Customer with no managed devices #91

Steps to reproduce

Run one of the functions that return Microsoft Intune information against a customer without any managed devices.

Expected behavior

The resulting table contains the expected columns with no data

Actual behavior

Expression.Error: There weren't enough elements in the enumeration to complete the operation.
