Azure Service Fabric Build Multiple Projects #1563

What is the best way to target multiple solutions without using *.sfproj? Currently I am getting an error where it says Cannot find path 'D:\a\1\a\applicationpackage\ApplicationManifest.xml' because it does not exist." for each solution I have put the package to be under \applicationpackage\ProjectName
