Direct Download Links for SDK and RT in Release Notes? #426

The latest v4/v7 Release Notes appear to be missing direct download links for SDK and RT. We aren't using webpi --- will the notes be updated with the SDK and RT direct links?

This is a big issue because the webpi product ids are not consistent meaning that it does not currently provide a way to get a consistent version of the SF install. So please either provide direct links or provide consistent product id in web pi so that we have a way to get a consistent version, Point being that for automation installs the current approach to product id naming provides no way for the customer to know what version of the SF will be installed. When MicrosoftAzure-ServiceFabric-CoreSDK changes with every release and then the CU builds are added it is useless for automated installs
