Issues in SFSClientTool #124

Issues observed by @JeffMill

  1. Alignment in usage text of the tool image
  2. Move accountId to required section of usage since it's a required argument.
  3. Arguments are case-sensitive
  4. Add a --version switch that brings up the version from the library
