Update Redme.md for docker build #400

Please remove the '-' in 'docker-compose' in Readme file. It took me about an hour to figure it out since I am unfamiliar with docker.

Hi @Ubaid-Ghante. docker-compose command was deprecated for the new version of docker and the readme was out of date. We fixed in this PR. Thanks for letting us know!
