Common setup and dataprep notebooks for AutoML and CustomScript #101

Main changes:

Compute target created in setup
Data preparation notebook contains instructions for downloading data and also for linking an existing blob container
Changed notebooks' names to 0XCustomScript / 0XAutoML instead of 0X / 0Xb

Leaving the removal of opendatasets part for a future PR (we will need a screenshot of the container, detailed explanations, etc)
