Change directory structure #5

To make it easier for new users to set up catkin workspace properly (http://wiki.ros.org/catkin/workspaces):

On one hand we have something that would make this easier for users who are new to ROS.

On the other it will be slightly more annoying to integrate into existing ROS workspace.

@helenol .. looking at you for your advice!

I'd prefer not to do this. I think it's easy to add clearer instructions on how to set up a catkin workspace the first time, and it's definitely much easier for people who already use ROS to use the existing setup :)
