Added deprecation of DocumentDbAPIs

• DocumentDb APIs have been deprecated in this PR.
• Updated azure-documentdb and azure-cosmos to latest versions.
• Updated CosmosClient to connect on Direct Mode Https Protocol.
• Fixed ISO date pattern: https://github.com/microsoft/spring-data-cosmosdb/issues/440
