DailyETLMain.dtsx is incomplete #1147

The latests checked-in xml code for DailyETLMain.dtsx ends abruptly on line 6832 with incomplete statements. This renders the package useless to anyone trying to work with WWI solutions and connection managers. Can someone complete the code or roll it back to the last working version?

This commit is the culprit. A few files were truncated, including DailyETLMain.dtsx.
