No logic apps created #109

I'm following the MS deploy guide here. https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/azure-functions/start-stop-vms/deploy

I'm deploying this to my visual studio dev subscription and trying to deploy in UKSouth. I've confirmed I have owner privs on the subscription. The deployment says is completes successfully but when I go to the resource group there are no logicapps like in the deployment guide.

@adrianspringer999 so even after you refresh the RG, you can't see the logic apps? Can you check the RG's deployment under settings tab to validate the components that it gets created?
