This script will find the Static Web App resource in Azure and validate its configuration settings.

Current functionality:

Validate that the SWA tier is Standard.
Validate that all required App Settings are present. (Values are not yet validated.)
Validate that all storage accounts in DATALAKE_STORAGE_ACCOUNTS setting exist.
Validate that all storage accounts have RBAC assignments for AZURE_CLIENT_ID principal.

Closing this for the moment, but the code still has value. It needs to be finished at some point.
