Options icon missing #132

Describe the bug

The options icon(three dots) are missing in the code editor on the azure portal terminal. The button exists there and works when clicked in the region, but the icon that is supposed to indicate that is missing.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Open terminal in azure portal
  2. Open the code editor using code .

Expected behavior

The icon is supposed to appear to let the users know where the options menu is.

Hello, can you point the learn module this error is from?

This error was not dependent on any learn module, it happened every time I used the code editor of the azure portal.
