Unable to create resource group under subscription of Microsoft Learn Sandbox #138

Describe the bug

Following the exercise steps in Classify endangered bird species with Custom Vision module, I am unable to create a new resource group under the subscription of Microsoft Learn Sandbox.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to Exercise - Build the model
  2. Activate the sandbox
  3. Follow steps in Create a Custom Vision API resource until 3.b
  4. Creating a new resource group is impossible due to permissions problem

Expected behavior

On the Microsoft Azure portal, we should have permissions to create new resource group under the Subscription of the Sandbox. Or change the documentation to use the already created resource group
