Confusing steps in Classify endangered bird species with Custom Vision exercise #139

Describe the bug

There are confusing/unnecessary steps in Classify endangered bird species with Custom Vision module, unit 3: Exercise - Build the model. The step for giving a name to the Azure resource is repeated twice.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to Exercise - Build the model
  2. Follow steps under Create a Custom Vision API resource
  3. Step 3.c and 3.d.ii indicate the same thing

Expected behavior

The steps should be clear and should not repeat. Delete step 3.d.ii
