Describe the bug

The information displayed when indicating the operating systems on which the mkdir command works should be expanded.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to 'https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/training/modules/python-flask-build-ai-web-app/1-exercise-set-up-environment'
Scroll down to 'Create the project directory'
See error

Expected behavior

It should be indicated that the mkdir command works in macOS, Linux or Windows and that would correct the bug explained in the previous issue.
