Addition of speaker and microphone (icon) feature to AI Web app #172

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe

Feature: 1) Addition of a microphone icon(button) beside the translate button, to enable speech to text translate. By this, users can have both the text and speech option to use while translating. 2) Addition of a speaker icon at the result page to read out the translated text. For instance, if I'm translating a text from English to French, it will be nice to have the web app pronounce the text I translated, so one can learn.
