Test in Web chat in azure bot's download link error #178

Describe the bug

In azure bot test in webchat when i try to download the Bot Framework Emulator it showed me an error.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to 'Azurebot'
  2. Click on 'test in webchat'
  3. Scroll down to 'download Bot Framework Emulator.'
  4. See error

Expected behavior

This site can’t be reachedCheck if there is a typo in docs.microsoft.comen-us.
