@Cloud Shell Environment - Azure SQL Connection Failure #191

What happened? Azure SQL Connection Failure.

What did you expect to happen? It should not be failed. The command should execute without any failure.

How would you reproduce the bug? I launch Cloud Shell in a separate browser tab by going to https://shell.azure.com Attempt to establish a connection to the Azure SQL database using the defined steps
