Microsoft SandBox Verification Problem . It asks for verification with phone number, and giving error

What happened?

When i entered a phone number in the verification for sandbox. It gives me an error We can't continue with the signup process for the following reason:

Your phone number did not pass security checks. MS-CorrelationId: 00000000-01cb-40ce-b1c7-93f2eb7a7b9b

Code: 40315

What did you expect to happen?

The phone number should be verified

How would you reproduce the bug?

1) Go to Microsoft Developer Account 2) Join the Microsoft Developer account 3) Select Microsoft 365 E5 instant sandbox

Did this happen via Desktop and/or Smartphone?

Hi, anyone able to resolve this issue? I am ready to buy the subscription but that also is not straightforward. Need to talk to sales.

Same issue i have faced, are the MS support team not able resolve 5 months old issue, then kindly put the disclaimer on the Microsoft 365 Developer Program page.

@AnthonyByansi Please see that India is no longer on the list to get their number verified, the +91 country code is not listed anymore please look at it and share some comments as to why it is so.
