This is microsoft onboarding process that I think It should be improved. The selection is only made on video provided by participants but that's not good.
Describe the solution you'd like.
There should be interview of each candidate to check the participant communication skill as well as technical skill.
The current process is we have to answer one question with video and whole onboarding is on that video.Its good but I think there should be a short 5 minutes interview of candidate for further judgment.
What alternatives have you considered?
Nill.
As I stated above there should be video introduction as well as short interview for judgment of participants/candidates.
