Microsoft 365 Developer E5 Sandbox Verification Issues #260

Describe the bug

I was trying to register for the Microsoft 365 Developer Program, and while verifying the number for the program application, the backend is not able to send OTP due to some unknown errors.

What happened?

It does not send any OTP just shows the error as follows: "We can't continue with the signup process for the following reason:

MS-CorrelationId: 00000000-f57f-4626-96d4-6e511fe7fa88
Code: 40315"

What did you expect to happen?

The backend should send the OTP which I would have filled in to get enrolled to the program.

How would you reproduce the bug?

  1. Register for Microsoft 365 Developer Program
  2. Fill in the number for verification
