Describe the bug

Bug on: Privacy, security, and responsible use of Copilot for data science and AI skill (preview)

After the first point under "Data use in Copilot for data science." The explanation might cause confusion due to the lack of clarity regarding the types of data Copilot can access. Users may think Copilot has broader access than it actually does.

After the first point under "Data use in AI skills." Similar to the previous section, there's potential confusion about data access permissions for AI skills.

Under "Check Copilot outputs before you use them." The current explanation might not stress enough the importance of reviewing outputs before usage, leading to potential misuse.

To Reproduce

Note: Copilot can only access data within the user's current notebook session. It cannot access data outside of this scope.

Note: The AI skill can only access data you have explicitly provided and have permission to access. Ensure your credentials have the necessary permissions for the underlying data.

Note: Always review Copilot outputs for accuracy and appropriateness before use. Engage subject matter experts to evaluate the content's reliability.

Expected behavior

While following the tutorial, many users might face this problem. By adding the note, I want to solve this problem to make user experience better.
