Add 'sudo lecture' #30

Hey there, I noticed that the sudo lecture from Linux/Unix is currently not included in the program yet and wanted to ask if it could be added in a future release. :)

We trust you have received the usual lecture from the local System
Administrator. It usually boils down to these three things:

#1) Respect the privacy of others.
    #2) Think before you type.
#3) With great power comes great responsibility.

Would also be great if you used sudo as non-admin that it will say "This incident will be reported"

This would be great addition.

Hi,

In addition to presenting this text from Windows Terminal and other console windows when first launching sudo, I think it would be great to include this in Settings/System/For developers/Sudo dialog that shows up when sudo is first enabled (at least GUI and script method are two known ways to launch sudo in Germanium and earlier platforms).

Thanks.

I agree this would be a cool feature! For now, I am going to move this into the 'Ice Box' milestone as we have other things we're going to prioritize over this.
