The following solutions are not compatible with this version of Eclipse #303

I have tried with 2018-09 (which I need it to work on) and also on 2019-03. With the EE version. Both of them are giving this issue. They do not show up in the regular search. I have to go to the web browser search. When I open it I get that error message: "The following solutions are not compatible with this version of Eclipse" Team Explorer Everywhere error message

I found a solution if anyone ever runs into this problem.

Go to Help -> Install New Software. Then in the url put:

Instructions can be found at: https://dl.microsoft.com/eclipse Team Foundation Server will show up.
