Issue Reporting App no longer available to add to new Teams channels #45

My organization uses the Issue Reporting App for a variety of purposes in different Teams channels and has plans to implement it further in the future. However, approximately 2 weeks ago, I discovered that the Issue Reporting App is no longer available to install/add to new Teams channels. The app does remain present and fully functional in Teams channels where it was already installed prior to this discovery.

It appears that the app has been removed from the default apps list. Is this a known issue? Has the app simply been relocated, or will it be restored? Thanks in advance for any help/info you are able to provide.

Thanks @RebeccaWilso. I did experience that same issue on 31Jan with the app after it had already been installed to an existing Team, but it was resolved the next day.

Unfortunately, I'm now having a different issue where the App seems to have disappeared from the list of default apps that can be added to a new Team.
