None of the links in the instructions work. All result in an empty new browser tab (e.g. https://www.bing.com/?ref=aka&shorturl=TeamsHowToLevel1Step1). Manually entering the link from the app (e.g. aka.ms/TeamsHowToLevel1Step1) also does not work. And there's a typo in the 'View instructions' button. I've attached some examples below.
