Unable to Add Users to Project #80

The people picker isn't working in the commercial or DoD tenant.

To fix this, complete the following:

1) Open the solution in Power Apps and expand the conDetails_Settings image

2) Expand the conTeamMemberSettings and click on the galEditTeamMembers component image

3) Under Advanced, find the Visible property and remove the text that commented out image

4) Save and publish the solution
