Can the Settings UI indicate when a profile is dynamic #10707

I thought we were going to be adding that text to the SUI at some point, but clearly we forgot to do that.

I didn't know we even wanted that haha. Is there a value to that though? I thought it'd be cleaner to abstract that detail away from the user.

If we're going this route, how do we wanna do it? Just throw a text block at the top of the page saying Dynamic Profile? I feel like there'd be a nicer way than that. Tagging @cinnamon-msft for her thoughts.

I know this doesn't apply to dynamic profiles so much, but when we have an "extensions" page in the SUI (see #10436), we might want to link back to the source for that profile.
