For anyone stuck on using lrzsz ( rz / sz ) in Windows Terminal, You can try trzsz ( trz / tsz ) and trzsz-ssh ( tssh ). Please check https://github.com/microsoft/terminal/issues/1999#issuecomment-1828895334.
