Maybe due to Microsoft.UI.Xaml.2.8

16359 too was having issues with 1.18.

Yeah. I'm having this issue, too. Also, there's no upgrade listed in Microsoft Store.

@zadjii-msft I read hat issue (#16359), but I opened a new one because I have the preview version and I don't experiment this issue (until now). :)

Sigh. I ovesight winget-cli issue. Thanks.
