Steps to reproduce

Right-click when creating a new tab on a terminal on a Windows in French version

Expected Behavior

The displayed text is correct french: En tant qu'administrateur

Actual Behavior

The displayed text contains the incorrect "En temps qu'administrateur"

It should be instead:
