Implement Azure CLI authentication to the QuickStart's

With the newest version of the provider, we need to adapt the following changes to QuickStart’s

Definition of Done

• [x] Implement Azure CLI login for all the QuickStart's "use_cli = true"
• [x] Remove Service Principal Auth from the documentation.
• [x] Test QuickStart's with the latest version.

Dependency

We need the newest terraform provider version.
