Describe the bug Rolling slider is not visible in Dev17's editor

To Reproduce

  1. Launch VS and download the demo from https://github.com/kai-oswald/NightOwl-VS-Theme
  2. Click "File" -> Open | Folder, selected the demo
  3. Open any file and observed that rolling slider is not visible in Dev17's editor

By design, same as VSCode image
