Can I consume LTTng through vcpkg? #39

Current documentation for LTTng recommends using this project as a subdirectory in the consuming project. Would it be possible to consume LTTng through a vcpkg (https://github.com/microsoft/vcpkg) port?

The project is not currently configured to build a vcpkg, but you're welcome to make a PR or help us get a package configured if that would be useful to you.

Thanks @idigdoug. Let me see if I can find time to get it working and send a PR.
