Update .gitignore #45

I put the .gitignore boilerplate which thus becomes a pattern followed by the community

This is a simple repo with only a few files. we have no plans of expanding its scope at the time being. not sure we need all that in our .gitignore really. I do not think you should add "boilerplate" that you will never use.. i would rather add excludes one at a time as we go

@mhegazy changes made in README I put yarn as the installer for node_modules too

Thanks @osamuca - I gave the gitignore a fresh look during #126 and I'm happy with where it's at now 👍🏻
