Move TypeChat.Dialog to Examples Lib #171

In this PR: TypeChat.Dialog classes have been moved to TypeChat.ExamplesLib. This helps the repo align more closely to TypeChat.

This is a breaking change. The separate TypeChat.Dialog package is no longer supported. To continue using Agent classes, please build and use TypeChat.ExamplesLib.
