Update README.md #11

When running as instructed we get the following error:

This PR fixes the instruction of the README by changing to the correct package name @typescript/analyze-trace.

Actually, I think this might not be the best README update. I just checked there are now 3 binaries. So I think the usage might be different from what it is on the README right now.

A double apology: I didn't have PR notifications on and I was tacitly assuming you already had the package installed.

Thanks for reviewing, @amcasey! But I'm closing this PR since I don't have the bandwidth to take care of it, and it will avoid polluting the repo with stale PRs.
