Can we have the bootloader fade all the Neopixels red when its in bootloader. That way its easy to know when you've reached it.

We should prototype the perfect setup in the PXT editor -- easier than from the bootloader code base.
IMO, one is enough and it should be very dim. The strip needs to be cleared on startup.

No space left in bootloader.
Actually, it's the same amount of code to set them all or just one. Right now, it starts red and turns green once the USB enumerates (meaning it's connected to the computer).
Would we rather have one neopixel like that or all? @microsoftsam @pelikhan
There will be no fading though.
We now use all LEDs.
