https://github.com/ArashPartow/exprtk doesn't look to be maintained anymore.

URL to the latest version : https://www.partow.net/downloads/exprtk.zip

Unfortunately, there is no version in filename so package can be break at anytime...

exprtk repository will be updated in the future. This issue should be pending.
