[boost] build failure with vs 2022 17.10.33

Steps to reproduce the behavior

I had a project that was building successfully with vs 2022 previous version after upgrading to 17.10.4 and for some reason building vcpackage again the build is failed with below log. but the point is that when i open boost_thread building log this error is seen:
error:     '/boost//H:/misSolution_2010/misSoloution/vcpkg_installed/x64-windows/x64-windows/debug/lib/boost_chrono-vc140-mt-gd.lib'
Why vc140 libraries?
and also, when i create a new project the project build successful but old project is not building.
