Fix: issues running reports #12

Summary

This branch fixes some issues in running reports as noted in #11. v0.3.1 was accepted to CRAN on the 22nd of May 2023.

Changes

The changes made in this PR are:

Replaced the checks on Instant_message_hours with Chat_hours in validation_report().
Submitted version as v0.3.1 to CRAN.
Updates to the pkgdown site and badges on README.md

Checks

[x] All R CMD checks pass
[x] roxygen2::roxygenise() has been run prior to merging to ensure that .Rd and NAMESPACE files are up to date.
[x] NEWS.md has been updated.

This fixes #11.
