Release CRAN `0.4.0` - further changes #19

Summary

This branch implements some further fixes to publish the new version of the package to CRAN.

Changes

The changes made in this PR are:

Fixed a redirect link issue with the MIT LICENSE badge.
Fixed an example with tm_cooc() that has been failing CRAN checks.
Identified possible dependency to remove ('DT'), but leaving for next iteration.

Checks

[x] All R CMD checks pass
[x] roxygen2::roxygenise() has been run prior to merging to ensure that .Rd and NAMESPACE files are up to date.
[x] NEWS.md has been updated.
