Unable to Start Policy Debugging VsCode after update Azure APIM Dev Instance to Minimum API version 2019-12-01 #315

Repro steps:

  1. Update an Azure APIM Developer Instance to Minimum API version 2019-12-01
  2. Try to Start Policy Debugging in VSCode

Action: azureApiManagement.debugPolicy Error type: TypeError Error Message: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'primaryKey')
