Are you connected to a proxy server? Yes/No No Steps to Reproduce:

I cant install tis extension anymore: Error while installing 'Azure Account' extension. Please check the log for more details.

It seems like an extension file is missing. You might have to uninstall and reinstall all of your Azure related extensions, including Azure Resources to fix this issue.
