Step:

  1. Create new windows VM and login in it
  2. Install VS Code and Azure IoT Tools extension 0.0.3
  3. Check 3 welcome pages can automatically show and an error message will pop up first then tips "install the extension vsciot-vscode.azure-iot-tools is completed"
