Environment Details:

Application Name: VS Code Extension for API Center OS: Linux- Ubuntu 22.04.4

Repro Steps:

  1. Create an API center in azure portal.
  2. Open Visual studio Code.
  3. Tab till Chat option in the left side panel and press enter.
  4. Tab till more actions button
  5. Observe that only color is used to differentiate between the surrounded text and the "Share feedback" and "Copilot documentation" links or not.

Actual Result:

Only color is used to differentiate between the surrounded text and the "Share feedback" and "Copilot documentation" links

Expected Result:

Only color should not be used to differentiate between "Share feedback" and "Copilot documentation" links and normal text present under copilot chat window, there should be underlined present below link.

User Impact:

Color blinded users won't be able to understand between link and normal text.
