Feature Request: Pin or Favorite app registration #2685

In my organization, there are dozens or hundreds of app registrations, the Application Registrations list displays only a subset of them. I'd like to pin apps I access the most, so I can quickly access and edit them whenever I need.

My current process is filtering for app A, then filtering for app B, then filtering for app A again and so on.
