Based on the error message, I think you'll have to deploy to another region. If other regions are not working as well, feel free to re-open and we can investigate to see if it's our extension or something external.
Hello I managed to change the location or region and it work how ever only for the sample app when I try to deploy my own app it doesnt deployed I get redirect to get started
It's not very clear what the prerequisites for deploying own apps
