Support the "Microsoft.KubernetesConfiguration/extensions" type #1651

When using a type of 

        "type": "Microsoft.KubernetesConfiguration/extensions",

An error is shown indicating this type of resource is not allowed.

Value must be one of the following values: "Microsoft.Genomics/accounts", "Microsoft.RecoveryServices/vaults", ... ... "Microsoft.KeyVault/managedHSMs/keys", "Microsoft.Kubernetes/connectedClusters", "Microsoft.KubernetesConfiguration/privateLinkScopes", "Microsoft.KubernetesConfiguration/privateLinkScopes/privateEndpointConnections", "Microsoft.Kusto/clusters/databases/eventhubconnections", "Microsoft.Kusto/clusters/databases/dataConnections", "Microsoft.Kusto/clusters/attachedDatabaseConfigurations", "Microsoft.Kusto/clusters/databases/principalAssignments", "Microsoft.Kusto/clusters/dataconnections", "Microsoft.Kusto/clusters/principalAssignments", .. ...

I've updated the schema cache and it still doesn't show up. Must be an issue with their schema.
